Monark Long-John Transport Bicycle
A classic and charming Danish delivery bike that's been built with only minimal changes since the 1940's. The Long John is very robust: Moped rims and tires, a front carrier of steel tubing and a very strong rear carrier.
Though the Long John is beautiful and fully functional its design and construction are really quite archaic now. As a great looking bike to park in front of your shop and occasionally ride it's perfect. If you're looking for a serious transportation tool we strongly suggest the Cargobike Delivery instead; It's a better functioning machine in every way from load capacity to user friendliness.
Production of the (real) Long John stopped a few years ago but recently a new series was made... with absolutely no changes from before. As of May 2009 we have them in stock but these might be the last ones made.
