The Kr8L is a maxi cosi holder that mounts in the base of the Kr8’s box so you can carry a child under 9 months. It can be ordered with a new Kr8 or installed later on. The Kr8L is designed to be compatible with car child seats from the brand ‘Maxi Cosi’ specifically the models Pebbele, CabrioFix and the Citi. When installed correctly there will still be enough room for one or two young children to sit on the bench and you should still be able to mount the rain canopy. A car child seat from a different brand will also work as long as the dimensions are relatively the same as the maxi cosi models.
